This e-commerce website is operated by LALÉ BRACELETS, and offers this website, including all information and services available from this site to you; conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting the Websites and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, and customers.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You acknowledge and agree that you may only purchase products from us for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not purchase any products or Services to further distribution or resale or for any other commercial or business purpose. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell  any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the Websites through which the Service is provided.

At LALÉ BRACELETS we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.   Listed below are the detailed return policies of MYLALÉ, LLC.  Please read them carefully as they will be strictly enforced. 

All sales are non-refundable. But we always hope you find exactly what you are looking for — however, we gladly accept returns and exchanges free of chargeand previously with the approved of the LALÉ Workshop. 

LALÉ Products are guaranteed. Upon receipt by our customers they have fifteen (15) continuous days of warranty on any manufacturing defect. 

If more than fifteen (15) days pass; and there is a manufacturing defect, you can request that we send the part to the workshop; for restoration. This repair outside the warranty time will cost for the time in the workshop and the shipment will be paid by the customer. 

  • The warranty only covers for manufacturing defects:

- Loose seams

- Peeled Material 

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Websites. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the Websites. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic región. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

 BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Website or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these Terms).

You further expressly consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of a court of competent jurisdiction located in the Southern District of California.

RETURNS
 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mylaleshopify@gmail.com and send your item to: 19801 E Country Club Dr, Building 4, Unit 607, Aventura FL 33180, United States. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 19801 E Country Club Dr, Building 4, Unit 607, Aventura FL 33180, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time at this page.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our Websites. It is your responsibility to check our Website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Websites or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
